We have employed the services of DHL for all deliveries. With such a reputable international courier company taking care of deliveries, we are confident your bottle of whisky will arrive in perfect condition.

As a publicly listed company, we also want to ensure we can deliver your products in a fully compliant way, with all excise duty and tax obligations within the EU being honoured before we ship to you. It is for this reason that we will only ship to markets in the EU where we have tax representatives in place.

RETURNS POLICY

We want you to be 100% satisfied with every aspect of your order, from the on-site experience to the delivery of your whisky to your door. We are happy to refund your money should the bottles you receive be faulty or damaged. However, we must point out that some of the items we sell are not new and therefore may not be in perfect condition. If you receive a damaged item, we will refund the item if you notify us within 7 days of receipt. Items must then be returned to us in good condition and in the original packaging, within 14 days of receipt of your order. Please complete the following form to process your return. We will then notify UPS to collect your package:
